Learn all about compost making and the fundamentals of soil organisms with Megan McCarthy, Agro-ecologist and manager of the Werf Food Garden and Wendy Crawford, regenerative mixed farming practitioner.
Megan and Wendy will share their practical experience in organic food production from a healthy soil perspective. They will be sharing tips on compost making and stimulating and re-introducing beneficial soil microbes into your garden.
You will receive companion plants, beneficial microbes and a light lunch. Vegetarian options available – please inform our reservation team when booking.
