Franschhoek Wine Valley

Bread & Wines Vineyard Restaurant

Bread & Wines Vineyard Restaurant is located on the family farm, Môreson. Located in the heart of the Franschhoek Valley, our idyllic family-friendly restaurant is only an hour’s drive from Cape Town city. We offer a relaxed, country-chic lunchtime experience.

Here, Neil Jewell – Executive Chef and South Africa’s Charcuterie King – prepares the most delectable dishes using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. The jewel in Neil’s crown is his offering of handcrafted charcuterie that rivals the finest in Europe, all with a unique South African twist.

Don’t let Bread & Wine’s casual demeanor fool you. It’s a firm favourite with foodies from far-and-wide; and with an ever-evolving menu of inspiring dishes it’s no wonder it has such a large following of loyal fans!

Our venue is also regularly used for winelands weddings and private parties.

And… Both Neil and wife Tina, Restaurant Manager (and trained chef) offer cooking classes in the beautiful country setting. Neil heads up a two-day charcuterie course, while Tina shows you how to knead and stretch in her bread-making classes.
