Monneaux Restaurant, situated at the Franschhoek Country House & Villas, is a multi-award winning restaurant serving contemporary cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Lunch is served outside on the fountain terrace under a spreading pepper tree whist dinner is a more elegant affair in the manor house, once a perfume factory. The extensive wine list pays tribute to the numerous award winning wines of the valley. The restaurant is known for its signature dishes such as seared salmon trout, rack of lamb and it’s famous pecan nut & vanilla pod pie. The dinner menu is a contemporary take on the classics whilst the lunch menu is a lighter more bistro type of menu. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with attentive service to complete the guest’s experience.
