ALLÉE BLEUE produces top-class wines which are among the best in the world on fertile land in an area with a favourable climate. Pinotage, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc are all cultivated on the traditional estate.
The red wines will seduce you with aromas of juicy dark berries such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by typical spicy notes and pleasant mineral components. Their powerful tannins ensure an opulent finish. In contrast, the white wines will surprise you with their refreshing, fine acidity and their aromas of peaches and tropical fruits. The white wines are fermented in stainless-steel tanks for nine months, whilst the elegant red wines are allowed to develop in barrels made from American and French oak for a year.
