ENTERTAINMENT:
Carol Thorns and CODA will play electric cello & violin and the saxophone
Watch the 4 Teams, each led by a well-known Chef and including Cape Winelands’ Chefs as they battle it out for the ultimate title of “Champion Chef Team”.
The chefs will be preparing the food in the Chefs’ Kitchen, which will be shared via a Live Feed Camera to the guests throughout the restaurant, so guests can see what is happening in the kitchen.
And our hosts, Chef Chris Erasmus and Mark Dendy-Young, will keep us abreast of what is happening, share some humorous anecdotes of each chef – and keep us entertained.
Chef Chris Erasmus will also do a Demonstration on Foraging.

Sample the dishes the chefs prepare during the chefs’ challenge. The 4 Chefs’ Team will prepare 50 Tasters each for the guests.
