Savour baby marrow risotto, mushrooms and cured egg yolk lemon truffle. Meat lovers will enjoy the beef brisket, pickled turnips, parmesan & horseradish. As a final indulgence to wrap up the year, banana carpaccio, sourdough ice-cream, salted fudge and chocolate tuiles will satisfy your sweet tooth.
