The day will start with a guided walk through the garden as Gundula shares her knowledge of ancient and modern herbalism. On our way to the garden lecture room, we will leisurely gather ingredients to concoct tantalising teas and tisanes.

After lunch our gardeners will discuss and demonstrate various preserving methods of tea leaves. Gundula will also show you how to brew your own kombucha at home, the effervescent fermented Chinese tea known for its health benefits.
