Winemaker’s Table Dinner at Plaisir de Merle

Join us for an unforgettable Winemaker’s Table Dinner on the 4th of June. Our gardens, manicured lawns and rolling vista of vines invite you to breathe in the elegance of yesteryear while experiencing superior quality and service.

A culinary feast prepared by well-known private chef and creator of One Ingredient and Private Kitchen, Matt Manning, paired with wines selected by Cellarmaster, Niel Bester, will be served in the Manor House. The interior of the Manor House features an elegant and eclectic rendition of old and new, a reflection of the estate’s diverse cultural heritage and progressive approach to winemaking.
