Die Teesakkie
Enjoy a morning or afternoon tea in Ruth Paulse’s beautiful garden set amongst fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Ruth is famous for her delectable carrot cake and her produce is likely to come fresh from her own garden.
JMP Foundation
A foundation that provides performing arts entertainment. They perform Franschhoek and African rhythm using African djembe drums. Inspired by their Heritage, they use poetry, music, gumboot dance, drama and performing art as meduims of entertainment.
Franschhoek Medicinal Garden
Touch, feel and taste Guided Tour. Walk with an authentic Cape Bush Doctor and explore the many indigenous medicinal plants. Learn about plant recognition, traditional uses, harvesting methods and many more!
Indlovu @ Franschhoek Valley Community Sport Centre
INDLOVU, was established to enable previously unemployed women to learn a new skill and find fellowship with one another in a safe community space. Initially making bags from recycled and upcycled material, they are now branching out into making new and exciting products and are seeing their dreams of generating an income for themselves and for their families, begin to become a reality.
The Khoi-San Kraal
Visit the Cochocqua Stam at in Wemmershoek and experience their traditional food, herbs and historical stories.
