Val de Vie ranks as one of SA’s top residential estates

In a detailed research survey conducted by New World Wealth, which took a year to compile, the Top 10 residential estates in South Africa for 2019 have been announced with the luxurious Val de Vie estate securing the top position on this prestigious list. Furthermore, Val de Vie was voted as the top residential estate in the Western Cape.
According to real estate advisor Basil Weinrich who assists the organization in compiling their ratings, residential living is on the increase, especially amongst the more affluent community. In their findings just over 40% of South African high network income earners live or own homes on residential estates.
Val de Vie, which forms part of the Franschhoek Wine Valley, met all the ratings criteria, which included: communal gardens and parks, design and space, maintenance, location, views and scenery, security features, and activities and facilities available on estate.
