Join Chantal Lascaris, author of the famous All Sorts Cookbooks for an intimate launch of her new cookbook ‘All About Tapas’ in conversation with well known Chef Restaurateur and Ambassador of the Franschhoek Hospitality Academy Reuben Riffel on the 2nd March 2021 at the Franschhoek Theatre. Come and enjoy an evening of food, wine and film. Books will be for sale as well as foodie hampers packed with local goodies. Our hampers are filled with items from: Boekenhoutskloof, Vendange, Morena MCC, ‘All Sorts’ Cookbooks, vouchers, herbs and spices and delightful Rio Largo Olive Oils, to give you the tools you need to cook Chantal’s recipes at home. An exciting surprise auction item will be available as well.

You will be welcomed with a glass of wine from the Boekenhoutskloof range and three of Chantal’s delightful new tapas recipes to taste, prepared by the students of the Hospitality Academy in their new kitchen. The evening will continue with a foodie conversation between Chantal and Reuben and end with the 2016 documentary ‘Sour Grapes’. An American crime documentary about the wine fraudster Rudy Kurniawan.
