Based on popular demand and the need for celebration baking, we invite you to join Chef Shirley Guy / Great SA Bake off Judge in her kitchen for three one hour live streamed Baking Master Classes in support of the Franschhoek Hospitality Academy.
Whether you are a beginner or an old hand interested in learning new techniques, the recipes in each of these classes will inspire you.
All classes begin at 12:00 noon Franschhoek time:

Breads of the World: Italian Focaccia, Portuguese Sweet Potato Bread and Dark Malt Loaf
Week 2 – 14 August
All About Apples: Austrian Apple Strudel and French Tarte Tatin
Week 3 – 21 August
Grand Bakes: Meringue Roulade with luscious fruit and a Decadent Black Forest Cake with whipped cream and chocolate ganache
Registration is R350 for each Baking Master Class or R950 for the three classes.
