Come and learn how the flavour profile of tea can unlock underlying flavours in cheese. Our team of experts will share guidelines of what combinations to use to ensure an entrancing coupling. Together you will explore how to approach a tea and cheese pairing with a sense of adventure, experimenting with unique blends and bold flavours.
Our guests are invited to a menu inspired by the tea and cheese discussed in the workshop, served in the Spice House.
