    THE TREE HOUSE PLAYGROUND

    (Acorn hideouts, slides, walkways, platforms, mushroom pods and pyramids and pump track) are open to all Boschendal young guests. We’ve taken the necessary precautions to provide a safe outdoor play area for free range kids. Please note that this area is not supervised by The Tree House staff. It is vital parents understand their children are their own responsibility, so all visiting guests on the farm can make use of this outdoor play area at their own risk.

     

    PUMP TRACK

    Our MTB pump track which is located next to The Tree House Playground is open to all Boschendal visitors. Bring your own bike or rent a bike from our MTB Trail Centre. Contact 074 502 0997 or email trailcentre@bmtsa.co.za.

    FREE RANGE KIDS GO WILD

    OUR FAVOURITE GUIDES ARE BACK AND READY TO TAKE YOU ON AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!

    Kids aged 5 – 14 years once again have the chance to enjoy an authentic outdoor farm experience under the leadership and professional guidance of our Tree House team whilst you unwind and take a well-deserved break. Our Tree House Playground and Pump Track is also open.

    For a more personalised and exceptional experience:

    Our guides will be at the boma 5 minutes prior to the morning and afternoon activities to brief and collect the kids.
    Please ensure the kids are wearing masks, have comfortable clothes they don’t mind getting dirty and a bottle of water.

    Kids must bring a backpack with snacks and water.
    The outdoor guides will bring along a first aid kit and hand sanitiser for their safety.
    We take a maximum of 10 kids per time slot for each experience so bookings are essential.
    The programs are designed for kids education only. Parents are not recommended to join.
    FREE RANGE KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT THE TREE HOUSE

    We are offering unforgettable birthday celebrations at The Tree House for exclusive bookings.

    Kids can enjoy a celebration with friends while connecting with nature and learning more about responsible farming, wild foraging, forgotten skills, feasting on delicious treats and have loads of fun. We would love to create a custom itinerary with you! With limited availability, be sure to book in time, so your kids don’t miss out! Maximum 20 kids allowed per birthday celebration in order for us to follow the necessary safety procedures like social distancing, mask-wearing and sanitising.
